2010 Glenhollow Annual Homeowner's Meeting

Glenhollow Residents:
We have scheduled our Annual Homeowners Meeting for Thursday, February 25th to be held at the Parr Library at 7:00PM and urge each of you attend.

We need all residents to submit a proxy prior to the annual meeting.

There are 3 ways you can submit your proxy:
1. Simple follow this link to the electronic proxy here on our website. You will be asked to login and then you see the website. Please read it over and click Submit at the bottom of the screen.

OR

2. Thursday you will find a hard copy of the proxy on your door. Please write your name and address on that proxy, sign it, and fax it to Jim Steinert at 972-403-2378.

OR

3. Write your name and address on the above mentioned hard copy proxy. Sign it and put it in the box on any of the following front porches.

Lisa Williams at 6332 Brimwood
Jim Steinert at 6340 Woodway

Hopefully, with 3 different ways to submit your proxy, everyone will be able to conveniently participate.
We hope to see everyone at the meeting on February 25th.
