GPOA  ANNUAL MEETING PROXY

Every year our Glenhollow Estates Property Owners Association holds an annual members meeting.  It usually takes place during the first week of February.  It is usually held at the local Parr Library in the Public Meeting Room at 7pm.  We discuss the previous year's events, social and otherwise, our finances and we vote for our Officers for the upcoming fiscal year.  Our fiscal year runs from March 1st through the end of February.  We love to see everyone's participation at the meeting but if you can't make it, we always have a voting proxy available for you to print out and return to one of the Officers.
